・1日3回インスリン注射を打っております。
・体重は36.5Kg、身長は156cmです。
・8年生（日本の中学2年生）のテストでは得点率の84％でした。
・朝の9時から午後3時まで通学しています。
・ リームトラストでは、グルコメーターと奨学金を支給しました。
・彼女の写真を送ります。
・インスリンと注射器を入手するために定期的に当クリニックに通院しており、ドリームトラストでは交通費を支給しています。
